Damaged Product
Due to the single-use nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds and Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please reach out to us immediately. We will only cancel orders prior to shipment.
If a refund is issued, payment will be issued via original payment method. It can take time for bank or credit card company to process your refund.
